Most
SMEs cannot justify paying big fees for bookkeeping
work. But it has to be done to monitor their financial
position, calculate the VAT and tax.
Most SMEs just cannot cope with those supposedly "easy"
bookkeeping software when they are frustrating even
to experienced accountants.
Guarantee: "InPractice Cashbook" is very
easy to use
Since it is used on MS Excel platform, users need
to know how to open, input, edit, print and save. So,
it takes hardly any time to start using it. It is used
successfully by a dyslexic SME!!
The SME clients:
Make/print sales invoices
Enter monies received and paid
See a graph of bank balances
See which customer owes how much
Adjust errors by editing / over-write
See VAT Return figures
Feel happier in the knowledge that they supply
legible info to their accountant for timely production
of annual accounts , resulting in with fewer queries.
SMEs resent an accountant
who does not suggest
an easy-to-use software |
Accountants complain about earning
"minimum wage" rates for bookkeeping.
Accountants cannot charge their normal
rates for low-level bookkeeping work but
it has to be done.
Accountants hate doing low-skill transactions logging
on "incomplete records" before starting their
high-skill work of producing financial statements and
tax returns.
Solution: Pass on the bookkeeping
work to SME clients.
The accountant:
Tells the client to use "InPractice Cashbook"
to log own transactions
Shows how to open, input, edit, print, save in
MS Excel.
Accountants have only themselves to blame if they waste
their valuable time and skills on low-paid bookkeeping
work.
Why work at minimum wage?
Those accountants who pass on bookkeeping to SME clients
become
more profitable and less harassed.
Accountants chose their
own methods and
prosper accordingly! |
Instead of
buying a blank accounts book from
the shops each year, SME clients buy this
very affordable software direct.
I am fed up of sending my assistant to my small business
clients every time they get stuck on that well known
bookkeeping software.

Help me please! Once again I just slipped a bead
on this damned abacus and now I must start the month's
figures again. I know I work with computers, but that
don't make me an accountant. I hate month-end. Has anyone
out there got a user (idiot) friendly accounts system
that copes with a contractor's requirements of Ltd company
accounts:
1. Invoice
2. Employee (me) expenses
3. Basic bookkeeping 2 or 3 incomings/
outgoings a month.
4. PAYE
5. Track invoices
6. Produce
account acceptable reports once a year |

Press Release
"InPractice Cashbook"
Executive Summary
This software is the antidote to small businesses intimidated
by cumbersome accounts software that takes up more time than
it saves. A recent magazine carried a plea from an IT Contractor
seeking half a dozen basic requirements because he had "…
again dropped a bead on the abacus".
This software (requires a basic knowledge of Excel) fits the
bill and saves time. Most people have a computer these days
anyway and they can save the cost of expensive courses learning
how to use complicated accounts software. Jaffer Manek FCCA
FCEA, a practitioner of 30 years experience, who led its creation
said: "Whilst it is designed to look easy to use, it is
packed with active programming under the bonnet." An accountant
in commerce described it in one word, "Cute".
It is an ideal for controlling petty cash in larger organisations.
Add-ins
It can produce 300 invoices with or without letterheads, do
Bank Reconciliation, switch off VAT columns if not registered
for VAT, etc.

Product Overview
Input
After entering limited standing data, the user only has to input
in two sheets, Receipts and Payments. They cater not only for
bank and cash but credit cards also.
Processing
On separating the VAT from the transaction, it defaults to "Accountant
to sort out". Since most transactions are simple, the user
over-rides the default analysis code to allocate it under the
required heading.
Output
The software instantaneously builds up the VAT Return, Trial
Balance and Graphs of bank, cash and credit card balances. The frustration surrounding the
preparation of the VAT Return is gone since the user simply
picks up the amounts from the automatic VAT Return frame.
Year-end
The year-end is just as easy. the Client either sends it to
their accountant, or printouts of Trial Balance and ledger accounts
or simply emails it. Accountants like clients who give them
neat accounts data. The accountant can import it into "InPractice
ETB Accounts" to efficiently produce year end financial
statements.
