This software is licensed yearly. When you order the 2003 version, you set the start date as any Day any Month in 2001 or 2002 and the ending date as any Day any Month in 2003. Since 2003 in the period end date is locked by a password, all screens and prints will show the accounts period ending in 2003. For accounts periods ending in 2004, you order the 2004 version.
