speaker’s fees are agreed by negotiations depending on the length
of the engagement, the time of the day, the distance from base,
the number of participants, their ability, the topic and the level
of the preparation required. For example purposes, the speaker's fees are normally charged as follows: Stg £350 to £600 per half day Stg £750 to £1,250 per day |
A
discounted fee can be negotiated with trade associations and charitable
organisations if the speaker is allowed to promote his business
services. Disbursements for travelling are charged separately as
appropriate. The organisers are responsible for duplicating and binding notes/handouts, meeting rooms, refreshments and audio-visual equipment. The fee includes one camera ready set of notes manual summarising the speaker’s delivery. |
If
CPE rules have been followed: minimum 6 persons, notes provided, uninterrupted in a separate room, questions & answers time allowed, etc, the organisers or InPractice CPE Training can issue CPE attendance certificates; each hour qualifies as 1 hour CPD or 3 CPE points. InPractice shall issue a standard contract for negotiation and finalisation A 33% deposit is required with the booking. The balance is payable on the same day as the seminar or conference ends. Travelling is booked by InPractice Software Ltd and charged to the organisers separately. Accommodation is booked and paid by the organisers. A camera-ready set of notes/manual summarising the speaker’s delivery will be issued a couple of weeks in advance of the appointed day. |
